Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Word Shuffle, published on Google Play under the package name com.cyberdevspvtltd.wordshuffle (the "App"). It describes how the App handles information when you install and play it.
The App is developed and published by Cyber Devs Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). For any question about this policy or about your privacy, write to matheussilva7m@gmail.com.
By installing or using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, please uninstall the App.
Information we collect
We do not collect any information. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, no registration form, and no server of any kind. Nothing you do inside the game is transmitted anywhere.

Because no data is collected, none is sold, shared, transferred to third parties, or used for advertising or profiling.
Information stored on your device
So that your progress survives closing the App, the game saves a small amount of gameplay data in Android's standard local preferences storage on your device. This data stays on your device, is not readable by us, and is never uploaded.
What is saved locally:
- Current level, unlocked levels, and completed levels
- Stars, coins, and best score
- Selected category and selected game mode
- Hint inventory and purchases made with in-game coins
- Achievement progress and gameplay statistics, such as words solved and total play time
- Your settings, including theme colour, font size, animation speed, and accessibility options
None of this is personal information, and none of it can identify you.
Permissions
The App requests no Android runtime permissions. It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, phone state, or the network. There is no internet permission in the App, so it is technically unable to send data anywhere, even accidentally.
Third-party services
The App contains no third-party SDKs, libraries, or services that collect data. There is no Firebase, no crash reporting service, no attribution or A/B testing tool, no social login, and no cloud save.
The App is distributed through Google Play. Google's own handling of your installation and purchase records is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and is outside our control.
Advertising and analytics
The App shows no advertisements of any kind and contains no analytics. Coins, stars, and hints are virtual items with no monetary value; they are earned through play, stored only on your device, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged for money or goods.
Children's privacy
Word Shuffle is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because the App collects no data at all, displays no ads, and has no social or communication features, it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation's provisions on children, and Google Play's Families Policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Retention and deletion
We hold no data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. The gameplay data described in section 03 remains on your device until you remove it. You are fully in control of it:
- Reset your progress — open Settings → Reset Progress inside the App and confirm. This permanently erases levels, stars, coins, hints, achievements, and statistics.
- Clear the App's data — open Android Settings → Apps → Word Shuffle → Storage → Clear data.
- Uninstall the App — removing Word Shuffle deletes every piece of stored data with it.
Because nothing is backed up to a server, data removed by any of these methods cannot be recovered by us or by you.
Security
All gameplay data is stored inside the App's private storage area, which Android isolates from other applications on the device. Since no data ever leaves the device, there is no transmission to intercept and no database of ours that could be breached.
Please note that the security of the device itself — screen lock, operating system updates, and which apps you install — remains your responsibility.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe), the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA (California), and Brazil's LGPD give you rights over personal data held about you, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and port that data, and to object to its processing.
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or erase. You can exercise full control over the local gameplay data on your device using the steps in section 08. We have never sold or shared personal information, because we have never had any.
International users
The App works identically everywhere and processes all data locally on your device. No data is transferred across borders, because no data leaves your device at all.
Changes to this policy
If the App ever changes in a way that affects privacy — for example, if a future version were to add a new feature — this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change.
We encourage you to review this page from time to time. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
